1.It would seem that the split between Blaze Bayley and the rest of his former band was entirely amicable. According to the mutton-chopped one, Steve (Harris) simply wanted the band to go in a different direction. How this can be when they bring on board two former bandmates, Bruce Dickinson and Adrian Smith, is anybody's guess! Full Report was in Kerrang! Magazine.

2.Blaze Bayley has announced that the new solo album is provisionally called 'Silicon Messiah'. I've heard early versions of a couple of the tracks and from what I can gather, it's shaping up rather well. Some great galloping basslines (who did them before?!) and some heavy riffs mean that I may just have to give that a look. And review it for this site of course!
