There has only been three days since the last update so nothing new really to report here.

Coagulus - Pagey - Bismuth!!
I think Phil and I will be going to the studio this week but I'm not sure. I'll tell you all about it if it
happens of course!

Hopefully we can get a good Bismuth recording of the other tracks in as well

Congratulations to Thermite AKA Jason Witts and his wife Charly who gave birth to 6lb 2oz
Aimee Yesterday. Click her name to see the picture (she's a cutie). Result guys!

Jim and Owains birthday celebrations continued. On the 9th we went out to Newport and partied
the night away. I bumped into Lauren and Steph, Oz and Antony and Chris. It was Chris' stag
night apparently so well done to him - hope you made it through the evening unscathed!

Unfortunately somehow that night I did my back in and was forced to pull out of the paintball as I
couldn't move on Saturday morning (grrrr.). I did manage to go to a barbecue at Owain and
Tanya's afterwards though and had a cracking time despite continuous pain. Although the healing
power of incredibly hot Chile sauce helped a bit for a while. I stayed over Dan and Sarahs that
evening - cheers for that guys.

My back is still a little painful but I have to go to work - not allowed to go sick - byeeeeee!
