Blackpool!
I went with my good friends Lauren and Richard to Blackpool last weekend. They picked me up
from work on the Thursday night and I stayed over. Friday we set off! The journey took a while, like
around five hours but eventually the unmistakable image of Blackpool appeared on the horizon.
We stayed at a guest house called The Astonia which was a perfectly acceptable place to be,
expecially as it was about two minutes walk from the Pleasure Beach. Highlights were a
rock/metal club called The Tache, Ripley's Believe It Or Not and an extremely wet ride called
Valhalla. I'm afraid I bottled out of the 'Big One'! We all had a great time and It went by far too
quickly! The journey back had a bit of a detour through Birmingham but eventually I got home to a
good rest! Now back to work - boo! Many thanks guys as you made it possible for me to go
(loans, transport etc) and I'll see you soon! I will be going back there again. The time before this I
was only 5!

Other news
Last Wednesday my parents treated me to a night out in the Greenhouse. It was Karaoke night of
course! Singing and beer was done as was much merriment! Cheers folks!

31!!! - The Reaper Gets Ever Closer
Yep, I turn 31 tomorrow and guess what, it just happens to be a Karaoke night again! I think a new
competition starts tomorrow too! I've drunk my last prize. Hopefully lots of friends and relatives will
be out (especially as I don't get paid till the Thursday - boo!) And it should be a fun day though!
Apart from the work bit of course!
