Had to rebuild my PC again but am hoping to bring you new
stuff soon!

Jim has been hard at work in Florida
working on new Bismuth tracks. He has three down
so far! I hope to bring them to the music section soon!

Well, it's been two weeks since my last
update. What's happened to me then?
29/09/04
31!!! - The Reaper Gets Ever Closer
On the 29th of September I turned 31. Went
to the Greenhouse with Rachel, my mum
and Dad, and my Sister. No one else turned up! Dan was
ill, Gareth was away, Jeff was
waiting on Phil who went AWOL and other people from work
were waiting till pay day on
the Thursday. Mind you they got me a card in work and a
crate of beer which was cool!
It was a good night in the Greenhouse though and I got
through to the new karaoke
final again!

DISASTER! No Money
"The Call Centre where I work"
failed to pay anyone on Thursday and that scuppered
any plans for work based celebrations. grrr.
1/10/04
Off to Nerys' and paid!
Got paid and went to Nez and Dan's place for
some beer and fun! They had to go out
for a bit (to see Spirit Of The Horse, they said it was
cool) so I looked after their snake,
hamster, fish etc. We went to the Prince Of Wales pub for
some beer and Nez sang
"Dead Ringer" with me! Was a good night!
Unfortunately the morning after it was
discovered that the hamster had died. Powder - RIP. But
cheers guys for a good time

Saturday birthday boozing
Time for the Saturday booze up for my
Birthday. Participants were Dan B, Gareth, Jeff
and Antony. Phil was yet again AWOL (actually, I haven't
heard anything from him for a
fortnight!). But we had a good night! I found I could
stick items (ashtrays, beermats,
mobile phones x 3) to my forehead! A new party trick at
31 - go figure!

Family
Went to my parents for dinner and over to my
sister's then for some drinkin!

Went to the Greenhouse with Rachel! We had a
pretty good night. Cheers!

Despite having a wonderful cold which I'd
caught off Dan B on the Saturday, I went to the
karaoke on Wednesday. Due to the cold it meant I could do
a wicked "Ace of Spades".
Not bad considering I can't sing that one normally!

SLIPKNOT, SLAYERRRRRR!!!
Sarah got me a ticket to go with her to the
concert in Cardiff CIA. I jumped at the
chance. I hadn't seen a live concert for over two years!
Dan B gave us a lift down and
we participated in beer and general
moshing/pogoing/dancing etc! I'll post a review
soon so won't write too much yet. Four hours of yay! I
enjoyed it, thanks guys!!! And
Sarah, post a review soon mate! Pleeeease?

PC rebuild time
I'd got a GeForce4 Ti from Dan H to replace
my MX so I thought it was time to rebuild
my PC. Dan B came down (with beer!) and we set to work
backing up, formatting etc.
Lauren turned up also and bought me a birthday card and a
copy of Metal Hammer! We
played games, watched comedy shows (along with her fix of
"The X Factor") and
stayed up till the wee small hours. And my PC works too.
Not bad eh! Cheers guys!

Family day
Went to my parents for food (and a deep fat
fryer - cool!) and then went to my sisters for
some boozin'! We stayed up till two in the morning
singing songs. Good fun.

Back to work
Back to work and afterwards had a drink in
the Greenhouse with John, Sarah W and
Justin. A nice way to ease me into the week!
Phew - that was a
lot of things! I'm completely skint now so there won't be
so much to
write about for a few weeks. I don't get paid till the
29th! Then again, with what
happened last month with my pay, who knows.
